Ladies and Gentlemen, I believe we have a winner!!!
Im not one for patting myself on the back, but I think this is a more than suitable replacement for DJ wood floors.
Any feedback is appreciated.

It looks like there are some variations in the board divisions but that disappears when you zoom in. Not sure why that happens though.

Thanks! That's about as close as I dare to get to DJ's wood floors. I can increase the contrast between the grain and the wood so it looks a little closer to DJ's but I don't want to get too close.
We can either do color variations on this like DJ did or I can create each color by hand. It's a time-consuming project but well worth it.
Anybody care to do some field testing with this texture? I can email them to you.
